This year we included a large number of categories so anyone and everyone can join!
(Well that’s not very true)

In fact, if you’re anywhere in between 13 and 18 years old, and you LOVE new challenges

YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN!

How do I sign up?

  1. Check the list of race categories below and see which category you fall under.

  2. Download the registration form that can be found at the sidebar of this blog.

  3. Gather your friends in school or at work to join in the fun with you.

  4. Fill it up & email it to us at sg.strongman@gmail.com by 26th July 2009.

  5. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your application.

Tire Flipping Day!

Today we did something new.

Increasing of 1 rep per set.

Therefore we had a warm up set 20.

1st set: 1 reptitions
2nd set: 2 reptitions
3rd set: 3 reptitions
4th set: 4 reptitions
5th set: 5 reptitions
6th set: 6 reptitions
7th set: 7 reptitions
8th set: 8 reptitions

So in total, we did a total of 36 flips.
